Mrs. Davis is Andy's mother in the story she sometimes is hostile to Andy is a threat to the toys considering she bought Buzz which let to the rivals ending up in Sid's house, she put Wheezy in the yard sale which causes Woody to rescue him, she threw the toys away because she thought it was trash which Woody rescued them later.
